Tab key not working in multiple lines of paragraph

Tabs works fine on the first line of the paragraph but when I start using it on the 3rd and 4th line the tabs find diferent locations. Please help.

That is why you should work with intents and/or hanging intents. 
Avoid empty paragraphs without content to create space between paragraphs at any cost.

For this layout you shouldn't work with tabulators. Use a paragraph style with left intent and no returns as it is a single paragraph.

I want to indent the diferent catigories in the paragraph.

You don't show the tab ruler, so I can't say for sure, but it looks as if you have multiple tabs set across the width of the column and the behavior is as expected.

Wili has already told you how to correctly handle this situation, but in regards to the Tab Ruler, it shows the tab arrangement at the insertion point or for highlighted text, and of course you can have differnt tab settings throughout your text, so, no, that particular screen grab was not much use since it doesn't seem to be showing the problem area highlighted.
