Question

Tabbing skips to next field

I have a problem I can't find an answer to.

After creating a (rather lengthy) form, I exported my project for final review. upon the .PDF opening, I began testing the tab order for each field. And of course, I shortly had a skip-over (several in fact). I've gone back, tried time and again to get this field to be included in the tabbing order, but every export provides the same results.

I've tried deleting the text field and making a new one as well. All the info in the Buttons and Forms window is the same as others (except the 'Name' and 'Description').

I've made sure that the 'Name' is in the proper location in the Articles window.

I'm totally stumped.

Help here would be great!

Perhaps have a look at what was marked as a correct answer in this post: The order of the fields is different in acrobat

The post highlights two checks that have to be made to make the articles panel the correct order for forms. One in the articles panel itself, and one in the export dialog.

If the answer wasn't in my post, perhaps it might be on my blog at colecandoo!
