It's unclear from your post if you're using Adobe Illustrator or InDesign.

Select the table, go to Type> Create outlines, is that not working for you? Another option would be to paste the table into a new document and export as a pdf, then convert to outlines in Acrobat and place into InDesign as a link.

Why do you want to outline your table? live type has on-screen advantages, like better appearance (type hinting) and accessibility.

When you post a question you always need to tell the Adobe program you are using
There are MANY programs in a full subscription, plus other non-subscription programs
Please post the exact name of the Adobe program you use so a Moderator may move this message to that forum

next time, make sure the app and it's version are listed in your initial post.  also, adding your os with version is a good idea.
