Table header row allign text differently

Hi all,

I was wondering if there is a possibility that you can allign the different cells from the header row on a different way. Right now, I have all of the cells of my table alligned in the center of the cell, except for the first and the last column, which are alligned left. When I want to apply the style of my header row, all the cells are alligned left (but I only want the first and last cell to be alligned left in my header row).

The reason I use a different header row is because my header row is in bold. I need to import a lot of tables and therefore, I don't want to directly edit how every cell is alligned.
