Table is Split

I have a large table in my book. It was placed in the file from Word. The pages are set to flow from one page to the next. The first two pages are connected, but the third page and the rest of the pages are not connected to the first two pages. I can tell they are not connected because the running head does not continue from pages 1 and 2 to the rest of the pages. I have checked for the Keep With Row option. I don't know how to get the table back together.
