Table on paragraph style

Hello, I need to insert a table in a paragraph with a colored background (or border) and that all this can flow between pages but where I place the table I lose the background or border. Is there a correct method to do this?

Tables have their own settings, in fact in a Paragraph they are a (single) character. Use table styles.

Ok, I try with a different question, can a textbox docked in another textbox scroll between pages?

You mean anchored? Yes, but a table can not break at a column between pages, only between rows.
