Savez vous comment adapter la taille de sa tablette graphique ( la zone de dessin), à un affichage en A4 paysage en taille réelle sur Indesign?

If the tablet is A4 or larger, most tablet software has provisions for laying a given sheet size on the surface and calibrating the working size and scale to it. But it will be entirely in the tablet hardware, software and configuration.

Non, mais tu trouveras certainement la réponse auprès du fabricant de la tablette, ou sur un forum dédié à cette tablette. En tout cas, il n'y aucune préférence ni aucun réglage natifs  à ce sujet dans InDesign.
