Tabs in an interactive pdf?

Hello all,

I have a problem, I need to create an interactive pdf that includes tabs on a single page. I will try to explain it better :

I need to create an interactive pdf, with a single page. On that page there needs to be an area with fillable  forms, but in which you can also click through different tabs ( as you would do for chrome tabs for example )  to scroll through different forms to fill. Again, all of this needs to be on a single page ( more accurately on the bottom half of the page ), is there any way to do this? i cannot find anything on the interwebs and i am wondering if this is an html kinda job or if it can be done with InDesign and acrobat.
