Teacup Software Datalinker & Pattern Maker

Hi,

I just installed Teacups Datalinker and Pattern maker for barcodes. Hoping someone here can help. Their phone # does not work and have not had a response to my question submitted on the website over 24hrs ago. I hope they are still in business.

I have all of the data fields inserted okay and the barcodes seem to link okay. I watched the help video but it shows I have to highlight the fields to merge. I have multiple text boxes, image to merge, and the barcode. When all of these are selected I do not have the option to merge.

Anyone out there using this and able to help?
