Template from Printer Gray Pasteboard

I've tried to place text and images in this template but they do not show up. I thought bringing to front would do it, but no. View is in Normal mode. How do I place images and text into this template?

Thank you for that suggestion. I just checked the layers - if I hide the 'diecut lines' layer the gray box disappears and I can see my graphics. Thanks for your quick response : )

Most likely that frame is on a locked layer. Personally, I would add additional layers above the background for graphics and text.
