text anchor via scripting

i would like to create a text anchor via scripting, i need to create a TOC links, the other files are external.. and i need to hyperlink via namedDestination.. pls suggest..

thanks for your suggestion, but i have already verified this script, it was in the same document, but what i'm looking for is different document, i don't want to combine it as single document, need to create named destination.. without location.., later i will decide. and set the destination.. do we have any other methods to reach my goal..

Making a hyperlink to another document is easy: simply use the reference to another document (instead of the active document).
