Text anchors not working when I publish online

Can anyone help, please?

I have a document with hyperlinks to text anchors. They all work when I export as an interactive PDF, but when I publish online they stop working.

I also have some buttons which link to the same text anchors. The buttons work, it's just the hyperlinks that don't work.

TIA

I was actually using the publish online feature.

I did solve the problem, however. If you check the new option to 'allow viewers to Search and Copy text in the published document' then the hyperlinks become unstable.

Once I unchecked that box and tried again, everything was working as it should.

Are you actually using InDesign's publish online feature or are you really trying to use interactive pdfs as part of a website. If the latter is the case then it is highly recommended to export the InDesign document as HTML rather than as an interactive pdf. See: https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/using/export-content-html-cc.html.
