Is there any character style applied to the text? Either directly in the Character styles panel or with nested styles or GREP styles.

In fact, there is a character style active, once i choose the paragraph style.

Deleting the character style fixed the problem!

Check "Opacity".

Check some opacity effect applyed to the text container or text effects.

Is the text in a non printable layer when in preview?

Is the text in "black" or "registration" color?

Create a new doc with the desired paragraph style (same name!). Then copy problematic text to that new doc. If now is visible, then the problem is related to the paragraph style.
