In the Control Panel you can set the X and Y coordinates for the selected text frame to match the margin settings that have been used in the Parent Page. Make sure that the align icon in the Control Panel is set for upper left as shown.

Align Panel, align to margins, click the button.

Object style which has defined size and position relative to margins. Reapply this object style.
