Text Box Copying Issue from InDesign 2024 to InDesign 2025

Question

I made a file 1 month ago in ID 2024, now I want to copy a textbox from it to a new document, made in ID 2025. I cannot do it, it becomes a pixel image. I tried to copy only the text, than it appears in the new file like normal text, it looses al the settings and fonts. It is a big problem.

Are both documents being opened in CC 2025? Assuming that is so,  if you save the older file as CC 2025 before you try and copy and paste the text frame do you still have the problem? What happens if you drag and drop the text frame (rather than copying and pasting) you want from the older document onto the newer document?
