Text Box not showing Column bounding boxes

See the attached screenshot. When making a text box with columns, I cannot figure out how to show the guides for the individual columns—only the bounding box for the the overall text box is shown. I believe it's a view setting, but I can't seem to find it. Any ideas? I'm in InDesign 18.3.

View > Extras > Show Frame Edges

Ctrl/Cmd+H toggles it.

 

Or, perhaps...

 

Tap the W key to change view modes.
