Text fields don't work when exported

Hello all,

I've created a few fillable text fields, selected 'Scrollable' and 'Multi-line' options but when the document is exported as 'Interactive PDF' the scroll doesn't work. I'm not entrirely sure why this is hapenning as I've done this before and it worked but now I cannot understand why text field boxes don't have a scroll bar when I input text.

Any tips are welcome. Thank you
