After updating to CC 2019 and the tool bar moving to the 'Properties' panel - I can't seem to locate the text vertical align tools?

Choose Window > Workspace > Essentials Classic to return to the "familiar" workspace.

    or

Add the Control panel back in - Window > Control

In the Properties Panel, you can click the Options button under the Text Frame section to open the Text Frame Options dialog - Same as Cmd + B CTRL + B or Object > Text Frame Options. Just make sure to have the text frame selected with the Selection Tool. If you have the text selected with a cursor, you'll see Options, but it will be for Bullets & Numbering

The Essentials workspace now doesn't include the Control panel (horizontal panel at the top). Switch to Essentials Classic workspace or choose Window > Control to add back the Control panel.

Hi James, is that image from the 2019 version?  If so, how did you get it to show up?

CMD+B Text Frame Options? Or are you looking for the button on the Control Panel? You migh click the gear symbol on the extreme right end of the Control Panel to see whether something is on or off.
