Text Wrap issues Indesign 17.3

Since update, when I pull up Text wrap window it is blank...

17.3 is working on mine – maybe you need to reset the InDesign preferences back to the factory defaults.

That worked temporarily, then had to reinstall entire app after uninstall and all fine.
