The Exce table L link in Indesign. After the update, the style and table width in the ID will fail?　What is the meaning of this?
In particular, the width of the table has also changed back.
So what are the benefits of this "link" form? Where is more convenient to import and typesetting again?
I think that if you can't keep the style, the width should be maintained, so that there is a reason to say that you are better.

If you want a link to an Excel table AND you want the formatting to remain you'll need to use table/cell styles and place it as an unformatted table. If it's simple enough, you can do the formatting in Excel and place it as a formatted table.
