The old, 　script names haven't disappeared from the shortcut keys. Any good solutions?

I changed the script name, and then my shortcut key stopped working.
When I tried to set a new shortcut key for the new script, I noticed the old script name still appeared in the shortcut key settings.
My previous workaround was to delete the shortcut key temporary files, which fixed it, but that's quite a hassle.
Do you have any better solutions?
