The right to left direction is missing from my paragraph panel in Indesign!

My paragraph panel doesn't have the text direction options, only world-composer options, which helps somewhat but isn't enough for my layout needs; any ideas why it's missing?

When trying to reinstall Indesign, I can't see an option to install the English (Arabic) version anymore. I am using version 17.3 Any ideas on how I could solve this?

The option is still found in preferences. Go to the App section and scroll down until you see installation language.
