Hello, we are currently using 2 separate third-party plugins for image links, but we cannot seem to run both simultaneously. Both are web-based but only one is linking/connecting and we need to be able to access both DAMs for images. Any sugesstions??

Are those plug-ins specifically compatible with whatever version of InDesign you're using? If, for instance, you are using the latest version of InDesign (CC 2020) then you must go to the third party's website and make sure that the plug-ins have been updated to work with version CC 2020. Aside from that there is no guarantee that third party plug-ins from different companies are even compatible with one another. The bottom line here is that you will get the most necessary information by going to the third party websites as Adobe and InDesign really have no part to play (other than providing a program that accepts third party plug-ins) in how those developers design their plug-ins.
