To update or not to update?

 I'm right between projects and this would be a good time to update, but I want to get a read from the group as to how it's performing. Any glitches?

Hi Susan:

 

I'd say go ahead and update but watch and read the update screens: don't remove the older version(s) and don't migrate preferences. Then give it a shot!

      Are youaking about a full version update or a dot release patch for your current version.

      If you are talking about going from a previous version to version 18, then by all means keep the earlier version installed as well. For a version patch I would review waht peple are saying about it for your OS.

        Don't forget you can install the new app, and see if it works well for you, and keep the old app there (it's your choice). Yes, some people have glitches, but many of them seem tied to particular machine setups.
