TOC Entries Out Of Order

Question

Greetings! I have read over many of the posts in this thread, but none are quite the same as mine. I have a document with seven pages besides the TOC page. There are separate text frames on each page being used as headers and subheaders. They are formatted with Paragraph Styles. All the entries show up in my TOC but in the wrong order: page 6, 7, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. I originally built the page with five content pages, then duplicated spread at end of document on two of the original pages to create pages 6 and 7. The pages appear in the correct order in my doc and the page numbers (from Parent page) are correct.

Try IDMLing - export as IDML, open, save with a new name - do not overwrite your original file.

Or

Create a new document - with the same page size and margins, go back to your file and move all pages to the beginning of the new file - delete last page.
