TOC Hyperlinks wrong in Share for Review Indesign

Question

HiI am working on a 50 page Indesign document.  I have manually created a TOC with hyperlinks to pages.
When I export from this file to a PDF and view the PDF locally, all the hyperlinks are all fine.
 
However, when I use the 'Share for Review' feature using the same Indesign document, the online TOC just randomly links to the wrong pages.  This only started when I 'Saved As' a different file name in Indesign and created a new Share for Review link.  It's very frustrating as the TOC hyperlinks are still working fine every time I export to pdf and view locally but not in Share for Review.  Around 20 people are involved in commenting on this report so somebody is bound to stumble across this issue!

Hi Jez,

I am surprised, that hyperlinks are functional with Share For Review at all.

Nothing you can do on your side, but sharing your exported PDF file with the reviewing people, I think.
