TOC missing entry style options in version 19.3

TOC pane in 2024 update (19.3) is missing a few things- see screen shots. The first one is from my version 19.3, the second screen shot is from your tutorial dated May 24, 2023. You can see the ENTRY STYLE options in the middle of the pane are missing in the new version. I am running Sonoma 14.4.1 on Apple M-3 Max. (there are documented issues with Sonoma running other software, like Scrivener.) Reinstalling indesign does not help. If you have a solution to this problem I will be forever grateful because this function is necessary for creating an e-book TOC. I'm publishing my 4th book and have been using InDesign since 2020.
