TOC Titles In Epub Not All Blue

I'm exporting a reflowable epub 3.0 doc and the links in the TOC work, but only one title listed is blue. In the previous epubs I've created, they've all always been blue. I'm using the same paragraph styles throughout the entire document, and I have no idea where to go or what to do to make them all either blue or black. At this point, I'd be happy either way. Any advise will be MUCH appreciated!

**And I do have make text anchor marked and I have not made changes to the TOC or to the headings in the document itself after updating the TOC
