Touchpad lag

Hello, 

I'm running latest InDesign app on Macbook Pro (Intel graphics card) with the latest MacOS Monterey 12.2 and have experienced when sliding through pages and groing right or left that it is really slow with Touchpad and differerent than before. I have tried ticking off and on box where it says enable multi-touch gestures, and also tried clearing up catch on Indesign, it helped with the zoom but didnt with sliding through.

Is there anything I can do to make it faster?
