Buenas, ¿dónde puedo forzar que por ejemplo en una palabra con la letra "f" con serif, y la siguiente letra haya un track adecuado, que no se junten, porque por ejemplo "fi", el punto de la "i" queda dentro de la f…

It's called "ligatures" - you can turn it on / off in Char / ParaStyles:
