Tracking reviewing changes

Hello dear community,

until now, two of us (each with their own identification/user name) were able to work on Indesign files via track changes and our editorial corrections were successfully differentiated from each other in terms of color. After Indesign update to 18.2.1 we set up everything new, but the function doesn't work anymore, there is no color differentiation anymore - the workflow is disturbed, everything is extremely error-prone because of that.

(Each user with his own name has his own color on his own computer, which was then shown to the other user on the other Mac.

We have each his color, but ALL changes (both from the 2nd person and mine) are shown only in their own color (I have yellow, so on my Mac in yellow, 2nd person has green, so on his computer to him in green).
