transparent background shows when exporting in Indesign

Hi,

I have a bit of a problem with exporting my indesign file. I have imported a .Psd file on Indesign on a colored background. When I export it, the photoshop file shows a bit of background although it doesn't have any. (see photos below). Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
