Do you have Magnet installed in your Applications folder? If so, then either quit it (probably from its menu bar item) or delete entirely. If you don't have Magnet, then your issue is caused by something else (albeit it's unlikely).

Mi sistema es macOS, si, en todos los archivos me ocurre

En un texto al intentar darle color de los que tengo guardados le doy al color y no lo aplica, igiual con los parrafos guardados, me aparecen, pero les doy y no se aplica, sin embargo si le doy con el boton derecho si lo aplica, solo en el parrafo, no en el color.
