Trotz Abo und Abbuchung Aufforderung zum Start eines kostenlosen Probeabos

Hallo, 

obwohl ich ein Abo habe, es mir im Account angezeigt wird und bezahlt wird und wurde, werde ich beim Öffnen der Creative-Cloud Programme aufgefordert ein kostenloses Probeabo abzuschließen, ansonsten schließt sich das Programm. 

Hat jemand Rat?

Yes.

 

Sign out of the Creative Cloud application, then sign in again. That generally cleans up these kinds of anomalies.
