Trouble Accessing Embedded Video with link to Google Drive folder in Interactive PDF

Hi, my client is having issues accessing an embedded video link that I have in an interactive PDF. The file is saved on my Google Drive folder and the link permits access to anyone with the link however the client says they're being prompted to download the video rather than watch directly from the web browser. All of my beta testing in our office comes back without any problems and everyone can view without problems. Any advice or is this a possible user error by my client? Thanks

The browser's download settings determines whether a user will view or download a file, and unfortunately no way to control.

The easiest method would be to link to a youtube video or other video hosting service.

The video probably needs to be private, and in this case, host on a web site/page with video player that visitor would arrive to video with option to view or download.

You say embedded video AND linked. It is either one or the other. 
From your post I understand linked (to Google drive) and not embedded at all, correct?
That said, video in a iPDF embedded won't work anyway.
For the rest it is an access, user rights, webbrowser setting (as well as which browser uis used) etc. question as well, but I would expect the 'Download' on such Google things.
As you can not expect such a thing to behave the same in any way on every system and video in pdf is a problem per definition, please abandon this 'interactive pdf' idea, and with video forget it at all.

Instead try Publish Online.
