Trouble with EndNote - Hyperlinks in Adobe InDesign 2024

Dear all
I'm having an issue with Adobe InDesign 2024. I imported a Word document that was marked with EndNote. Although the references are highlighted, I can't find them in the hyperlink list. Moreover, I'm unable to click on them. Has anyone else faced a similar problem? What could be the possible solutions? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
