Troubles with INDESIGN image disapearing

Todday I mayde some changes on a file and the picture on my file disapeared, I didn't notice because I was concentrated on the chagnes, but my client is furious.

 

Beside that when I reopen the old version of the file and it  was framed with red line! What is it??

 

Indesign version 2021 is not stable AT ALL, I had some other issues; typo not mounting, registering in IDML changing the set up of the pages...

    Comme l'a écrit Derek, il faut désactiver le GPU dans les préférences > performances GPU. C'est un bug connu de cette version.

    Hello, donc cela veut dire qu'il faut san cesse désactiver le GPU ??? J'ai travaillé sur ce fichier plusierus fois et tout d'uncoup j'ai des soucis ? Cela signifie quand mêle qu'Indesign n'est pas STABLE, en tout cas cette version !!! Cela fait des années que je fais ce métier et autant de problèmes sur une versiion, ça c'est très nouveeau !

    I worked qith Indesign and same set up/computer for the last month, never xuch a thing happened, maybe i have to reset preferences for Indesign, but it doesn't make sense!

    Iresolved the issue by placing the image again on the file, but my point is that this issue should never happened in the first place! If you work on a poster you will notice the trouble but on a 30 pager or more??????

    Looks like an issue with your graphics card, try unticking in InDesign preferences under the GPU Performance tab, GPU Performance.

      I don't see the point of making new realeases in a roush when the previous ones are not 100% stables, we have clients and are jobs are depending on our liability and thus on yours!!!!
