trying to export project from indesign and very low quality

I drew a picture in Adobe Fresco and then uploaded that into InDesign and added to text for a project I am working on. When I uploaded the Fresco document, it's high quality and when I look at the download on my computer, it's high quality. But, when I export the document I made from InDesign, it's low quality and every thing I try to do to fix it doesn't work. How do I export high quality documets from InDesign?

btw I am working on Windows 11

  • To what format you export?
  • What settings?
  • How do you get assets from Fresco into InDesign? What file type?

I would like to export it as a PDF. I don't know what settings, I just want the file to not be blurry. I exported the Fresco file as JPG and high quality and then to get it into InDesign I did File and Place.
