Typing no font just an underline

    Correct answer Mike Witherell

The key to the right of the top row of numbers, just right of the zero key, using the shift key, types an underscore as characters.

    Hi Halena,

do you say, that you are typing something and you can only see an underline growing while typing and no actual character?

If yes, then the fill color of the text is "None" wheras a different color is applied to the underline.
Or: The fill color of the text is white on a white background perhaps.

Select some text and do the keyboard shortcut for the Story Editor window. cmd+y on the Mac.
Now you should see the actual contents of what you typed. Even if it is not visible against the background.

    Regards,
    Uwe

Are you asking how to do this, or is this happening when you didn't want it to?
