How get from script (javascript) the setting value of UI Sizing (User Interface Scaling)?
Affects the resizing of UIScript panel/window.....

Looks as if that's not scriptable. The reason may be that in order to for the change to take effect, InDesign needs to be restarted, so there may be little value in having it scripted.
