Unable to add PSD image to InDesign

I'm working on a picture book and placing PSD images to my InDesign file. I moved the folder of PSD images to a different folder. One of my images deleted on its own, without error to relink, and the other images are fine where I expected to relink. Now I'm unable to add any of those PSD images to my InDesign work—I drag the image from the folder and it's not placing into InDesign, however there are pre-flight panel errors showing up and wanting me to relink.

What could have went wrong and how do I fix it? (I am not a designer pro so please give basic termed suggestions, TIA).
