Unable to create presets for interactive PDFs

How can one create a preset to save a PDF interactively and maintain options such as tagging elements? I usually create interactive PDFs by exporting, which is very convenient because it retains the settings used previously, but working with different types of clients, I find myself not wanting to reset the technical specifications I need each time. In this regard, it is very useful to create a preset, so then to also keep it saved for future installations of InDesign. But I think there is a bug because from the preset definition you can only choose options for printing and it doesn’t seem like there is a way to set a default as an interactive PDF. Does anyone have any idea?

Looks like you can't define Interactive Presets.
