Unable to download apparently corrupted InDesign file from cloud storage

While working on a magazine in InDesign 21.0.1, my file (which I only had saved in the cloud) suddenly got corrupted (I think); and InDesign promptly crashed. I have not been able to open the file ever since; when I click it in InDesign's home view, the program instantly crashes, and when downloading it from CC's web view (adobe.com/files), I have to wait several minutes before the following error appears in my browser's console.

Export: ExportCloudDocs: : exportCloudDocs: id-1-miaiutr1-r0sm1dpwnrd export failed error: {"errorCode":"sensei-conversion-error","errorDesc":"Error: Conversion failed unexpected response from server, with 200"}
Export: ExportManager: convertAndDownloadFile: Not able to export file: id-1-miaiutr1-r0sm1dpwnrd: {"errorCode":"sensei-conversion-error","errorDesc":"Error: Conversion failed unexpected response from server, with 200"}

  The same behaviour occurs in the CC desktop app. There is no "timeline icon" visible when I click the file in CC, so I cannot restore a previous version. Please help me recover my file as soon as possible. In approx. 24 hours, the magazine needs to go to the printer.

As I already mentioned in my question, downloading via a browser does not work; I get the copy-pasted error message in the browser console after about ten minutes. No file is downloaded to my computer.

you can try other browsers.  if they all fail, you can wait to see if the problem's on adobe's end and gets fixed.
