Question

unable to edit text inside an unlocked box in InDesign (unconditional content)?

Dear friends, please help me with this issue:

I have a previously made file which has locked content inside a textbox. I can select and copy this text but I can't change the font or edit the text inside a box (I want to translate it and leave the file as is). The textbox is not locked, not on a locked layer, not on a master page.

I figured out that this is "unconditional" text and I can not change this - it is locked content and can not be modified. What can I do? I can't find the answer online ...

Check if it is not an InCopy assignment. See answer in your another thread.
