Unable to Export PDF

Hello, 

 

I'm unable to export this particular file as a PDF due to a "corrupt file" but my coworkers are able to export it. I've tried renaming the file and rebuilding the file, and I'm out of ideas.

    @Robert2782012256wt ,

    acquire the PDF from your coworkers again and save it to your desktop.

    Then try again. In case you already did that: let your coworkers zip the file and send it again. Unzip it on your desktop.

    What platform / OS version? 

     

    Are you on the latest 18.4 version of the InDesign? A lot of people report problems with exporting PDFs after update - current workaround is to go back to 18.3.

    Thank you for your response. I reverted back to 18.3 and it progesses further, but the PDF still doesnt export.
