Unable to find or locate files/ documents saved in indesign v16.3.2 on macOS v11.4 Big Sur

Question

Since I work with Indesign on my new computer,I notice many small problems:ne (for example) when I click on the name of my InDesign file to find the place where it is saved, either on version 16.3.2 it does not tell me anything or it can tell me a wrong way to the file.
I had the example this morning on a file saved as in a new folder on my internal disk, InDesign indicated me the path of the old file on the external disk!
Do you have the same problem too?

Sorry about the trouble you are facing. Could you please share a few more details like:

Small clip of your workflow or screenshot when you save as documents.
When did this start happening? Are there any recent changes made to your system? For example, any antivirus, system updates, or web extensions installed recently.
Does resetting InDesign Preferences (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/indesign/user-guide.html/in/indesign/using/setting-preferences.ug.html) help to resolve the issue?
Disclaimer: Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings, and InDesign will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. Location is mentioned in the article.
