Unable to launch all Adobe apps

I shut down my computer because Photoshop and Illustrator stopped responding. I was working with a pretty large file. After restarting, I've been unable to launch any creative cloud apps. I tried launching from the app directly, from a file, and from the creative cloud app (didn't work because it wouldn't open). Not too sure what to do here, any help would be greatly apprciated!
