Unable to launch InDesign

After install InDesign for the first time, I receive an error upon trying to launch the program and it self-closes InDesign. Closing and repopen just provides the same error.


I've uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Perusing the forums comes up with something about a Keychain, but I'm unfamiliar with what that is. I've got Ps, Ai, Pr all working with no problems.

Running on Windows 10.
