Unable to locate inDesign 16.00 (2022)

Hi there

I'm currently running Indesign 2022 and 2023.  A client needs changes to a document in version 16(2021).

 

I have followed the guide on how to access and install older versions but the desktop app and browser do not list anthing below 17.0

 

When I click on the hyperlink for 'older versions' it just takes me to a webpage with instructions but no link to older apps.

 

Any thoughts?

Version 16 is InDesign 2021. You'll need to contact Adobe directly.

Many thanks. Have contacted Adode and they have installed 16.0 during a screen share session.

Version 16 is InDesign 2021. You'll need to contact Adobe directly.

Adobe no longer distributes versions older than the current version and one previous on a rolling basis as new versions are released.

You can contact customer care and plead your case for needing version 16 and they might provide a link to the original installer, but there are no patches avaialable unless you find someone with a patched install you can copy.
