Unable to log in into my Desktop CC Application, already troubleshooted, same error again

I tried to log in into my Desktop CC application, but it keeps telling me that they can't authenticate my Adobe ID and to log in. Here's the exact sentence that was used, I had to translate it from German, so it might differ from the English version.
Your Adobe ID can not be authenticated. Log in again with your Adobe ID and password to continue using Adobe applications.
I already troubleshooted with the instructions given to me from Adobe itself. It worked then fine, too, but now I got the same problem again.
I also have a problem with one font from Typekit, which I wanted to check in my Desktop CC Application, because it can't synchronise, and I don't know if it's because my CC isn't working properly or if it's another problem.
I hope people can help me out somehow. It is getting quite annoying and I have stuff to work on.
