Unable to log in into my Desktop CC Application, already troubleshooted, same error again

Hey! 
I tried to log in into my Desktop CC application, but it keeps telling me that they can't authenticate my Adobe ID and to log in. Here's the exact sentence that was used, I had to translate it from German, so it might differ from the English version. 

Your Adobe ID can not be authenticated. Log in again with your Adobe ID and password to continue using Adobe applications.

I already troubleshooted with the instructions given to me from Adobe itself. It worked then fine, too, but now I got the same problem again. 
I also have a problem with one font from Typekit, which I wanted to check in my Desktop CC Application, because it can't synchronise, and I don't know if it's because my CC isn't working properly or if it's another problem.

I hope people can help me out somehow. It is getting quite annoying and I have stuff to work on.

    Hi Wiktoria,

    Sorry for a late response!

    I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums. The subscription under this ID is active.

    Could you please let us know if you are still facing the same issue? Have you been able to resolve the issues with Typekit?

    Hey! 
    Responding late as well. Someone outside of this forum helped me out, I had to delete a file from the CC folders, which helped out. But I had to do it twice, which can be quite irritating over the time. 

    At the moment I have the problem, that InDesign is not recognising a font I sync'd over Typekit. I checked the CC Client, and everything is online and it even tells me, that this font is sync'd, so I have no idea why this is happening. I will try to restart and see if that helps.
